We usually ship in 1-2 business days upon your order, excluding statutory holidays and weekends.

We ship from Canada and always provide customers with tracking numbers. Our domestic shipping is via Canada Post (Standard/Expedited or Xpressport). We offer either Canada Post or DHL services to our international customers, where the duties and taxes caused by customs clearance are responsible to the customers.

Due to severe winter weather across North America, there may be some delays caused by natural disasters beyond our and carrier services' control. We will do our best to provide you with customer service accordingly.
