We appreciate your purchase at Meluvine! If you need to make a return of your item(s), we’re here to help and just an email away.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for our Home wear, Essential- herbarium pen, candles, interior decor and Partner Brands - WIG BLISS collections. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition (used, and tags or label removed items)= Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed otherwise.
Additionally, our products from Jewelry, Essential- hand soap and Partner Brands- EYEYOU collections are final sale due to hygiene safety matters. Thank you for understanding!
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at endlessmeluvine@hotmail.com The return label cost will be your responsibility. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be unworn or unused, with tags or labels still attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 10 days of receiving the package from the post office, DHL, or UPS so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In some cases, we may issue store credits as an exception.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Earrings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Rings
- Eyelashes
- Hand soaps
- Damaged, Worn, Used, and tags or label removed items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
Please note: Most of our apparel is one size, and each product has detailed measurements available on its product page. Actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on sizing or color discrepancies.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellation Policy
If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure all order details, including the shipping address, are accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any misspelled addresses.
